How to Use Case.net
You can look up any Missouri case on Missouri Case.net, a website where you can access most of the court files for Missouri state court cases.
When searching by litigant name, unless the litigant’s name is uncommon, you may have to select the right court to avoid getting too many results, usually by picking the county where the case was filed, and search by the name of one of the plaintiffs or defendants. You can also search by case number.
Federal court case files can be accessed for a fee here. If it’s a case in federal court in St. Louis, Hannibal or Cape Girardeau, it will be in the Eastern District of Missouri.
Remember that the fact that a case was filed against any person or company does not mean the case was won, or even right. Filed case are only allegations.
There is not a ruling made on a case unless there is a decision by a judge or jury.
